Where are your products made?

Our pieces are designed by our team in the UK and produced by our manufacturing partners. Some items are held in the UK and others are sent directly from our partners overseas. Each product page shows the estimated delivery time for that item.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver free to the whole UK, and to selected countries in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. The countries we deliver to, with prices and times, are listed in our Shipping Policy. If your country isn't available at checkout, we can't deliver there yet.

How long does delivery take?

UK delivery is free and tracked. Items held in the UK usually arrive in 3–7 working days, and items sent from our overseas partners in 7–14 working days. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll change or cancel it. After that it may already be on its way, but you can return it once it arrives.

What is your returns policy?

You can return unworn items with tags within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect. See our Returns & Refund Policy.

What are your clothes made from?

Each product page lists the fabric and care instructions for that piece under "Product details" and "Quality & care".

How do I track my order?

You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also sign in to your account to see your order status.
