Refund policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

30-day returns

  • You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached. You can try items on as you would in a shop.
  • If an item has been handled more than needed to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.

Your legal right to cancel (14 days)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back. If you cancel your whole order within this period, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid (but not any extra you paid for a faster delivery option). Our 30-day returns window is in addition to this right.

Items we can't accept back

  • Personalised or made-to-order items.
  • Underwear and swimwear if the hygiene seal or protective lining has been removed.

Sale items can be returned in the same way as full-price items.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days from delivery to reject a faulty item for a full refund, and after that you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. We pay the return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

Return postage

  • For change-of-mind returns, the cost of sending items back is paid by you.
  • Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

How to return

  1. Email stonehengetextures90@gmail.com with your order number and the items you're returning.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the items securely and send them back with tracking.

Refunds

  • We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof that you've sent it, if that's earlier). We aim to do it sooner.
  • Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or colour, return the item for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the piece you want before it sells out.
