Shipping policy

This policy explains how and when your Stonehenge Textures order is delivered. The delivery options and prices you see at checkout always match this page.

Order processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating.

Where your order ships from

Some of our pieces are held in the UK. Others are sent directly from our production and fulfilment partners overseas. Each product page shows the estimated delivery time for that item, so you know before you order. If your order contains items from different locations, they may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.

United Kingdom

  • Free tracked delivery on every UK order.
  • Items held in the UK: usually 3–7 working days.
  • Items sent from our overseas partners: usually 7–14 working days.
  • Faster paid options (such as Express, £5.99) are offered at checkout when available for the items in your bag. The price and estimated time are shown at checkout before you pay.

Europe

We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

  • Standard: £2.00
  • Express: £12.00

Asia and Middle East

We deliver to Cyprus, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates.

  • Tracked delivery: free, usually 7–12 business days.

Other countries

If your country isn't available at checkout, we're not able to deliver there yet. Please contact us and we'll let you know if that changes.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by local authorities and are paid by the recipient.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, email us at stonehengetextures90@gmail.com with your order number. We reply within 1–2 business days and will track it, resend it or refund you.
