These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use stonehengetextures.com or buy from us. The store is operated by Stonehenge Texture LTD (company number 16697291), 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, trading as Stonehenge Textures ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Using our website

Please use our website lawfully. You must not interfere with how it works, introduce harmful code or extract data by automated means without our permission. We may suspend access if these rules are broken.

2. Orders

  • When you place an order you'll receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we send your shipping confirmation.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.
  • We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can vary slightly between screens.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) unless you choose another currency.
  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Apple Pay. Payments are processed securely; we don't store your full card details.

4. Delivery

Delivery options, prices and estimated times are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. The risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you.

5. Returns, cancellations and refunds

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, and you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.

6. Faulty goods

We are under a legal duty to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as explained in our Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos and designs, belongs to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or use it without our written permission.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.

11. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
