Cancelling before your order ships

• You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing stonehengetextures90@gmail.com with your order number. We'll refund you in full to your original payment method.
• After 12 hours your order may already be with our fulfilment team. If we can still stop it, we will. If not, you can return it once it arrives.

Cancelling after delivery

You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and our returns window is 30 days. See our Returns & Refund Policy for how to send items back.

Personalised items

Personalised or made-to-order items can't be cancelled once production has started, unless they are faulty.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
