Cancellation policy

Stonehenge Textures – Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we offer flexible cancellation options for your purchases:

1. Order Cancellation Window

   • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase without penalty.

   • After this time, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

2. Subscription & Pre-Order Cancellations

   • Subscription or pre-order purchases can be cancelled before the next billing/shipping date.

   • Once payment has been processed, cancellations will not be possible for that cycle.

3. Refunds on Cancelled Orders

   • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Exceptions

   • Custom or personalized items are non-cancellable once production has started.

   • Items already shipped cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our Returns Policy.
